This certification to label the high-quality offerings as Green Products, followed an exhaustive evaluation process by the Confederation of Indian Industry (CII) and reinforces AM/NS India’s leadership in sustainable steel manufacturing.

    The GreenPro Ecolabel – a globally recognised ‘Type I Ecolabel’ – was introduced by the CII to foster sustainable consumption and production across Indian industries. Recognised by the Global Ecolabelling Network (GEN), the certification adopts a lifecycle-based, multi-criteria evaluation model and aligns with the United Nations Sustainable Development Goal 12 for responsible consumption and production, an essential pillar in global climate action.

These measures collectively contribute to lowering the carbon footprint per square metre of coated steel. The facility is also a zero-liquid discharge plant.

    The performance of the coated steel has been verified by CEPT Research & Development Foundation, Ahmedabad, simplifying the due diligence process for customers seeking high-performance and efficient materials.
